1. This Criminal Petition is filed to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.217 of 2012 of Khammam II Town Police Station for alleged offences under Sections 406, 420, 472 & 506 read with Section 34 of I.P.C.
2. None appeared for Advocate for Petitioners.
3. Heard learned Public Prosecutor.
4. It is submitted that matter has been settled before Lok Adalat on 27-11-2012 as per information received from Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police through letter dated 18-07-2014.
5. Considering the submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous, in view of settlement before Lok Adalat. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
