Shankarappa, Advocate for R-2) This Criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to quash the FIR in Crime No.47/2016 on the file of respondent No.1/Sulibele Police Station, Bengaluru District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 341, 506 r/w 34 of IPC (Now pending on the file of Principal Civil Judge (Jr. Dn) and JMFC, Hosakote, Bengaluru) in so as petitioners are concerned.
This Criminal petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R The petitioners have challenged the FIR registered against them in Crime No.47/2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 341 and 506 read with Section 34 of IPC.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned SPP, who has taken notice for respondent No.1 submits that on completing the investigation, ‘B’ report has been submitted to the Court on 18.10.2016 and the matter is seized by the learned Magistrate.
3. In view of the said submission, reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the consequent order passed by the learned Magistrate, the petition is dismissed.
