ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.D1CS/7815/2014 dated 22.10.2014 of respondent No.3, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization pending enquiry.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (A.P.) placed before the Court proceedings in Rc.No.D1CS/7815/2014 dated 24.11.2014, whereby respondent No.3 has withdrawn the impugned order of suspension and restored the petitioner’s authorization.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.3, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.45207 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
