This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the proceeding in Roc.No.B/8640/2014, dated 26-11-2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s authorization in respect of fair price shop No.45 of Tekumanda Village of Bangarupalyam Mandal, pending enquiry. After hearing the learned Counsel for both the parties and having regard to the nature of the allegations made against the petitioner and availability of an alternative remedy of appeal and a further revision to him, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.
In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the above-mentioned remedy.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.46162 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is dismissed.
