This Company Appeal is filed against order dated 26- 10-2012 in C.A.No.47/2011 in C.P.No.46/2009 on the file of the Company Law Board, Bench at Chennai.
On 3-4-2014, the appeal was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the appellants. Today, when the case is called, no one represented the appellants. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the appellants are not interested in pursuing their cause in the case.
The Company Appeal is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
