JUDGMENT / ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent herein to pass necessary orders thereby re-employing the petitioner for the period from 01.12.2012 till 31.05.2013 in his superannuated vacancy of the post of Post Graduate Assistant at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Chinnasalem, Villupuram District as per the G.O.Ms.No.1643, Education (U2) Department, dated 27.10.1988 along with other attendant benefits.
2. I heard M/s.J.Selvarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. It is reported by Mr.R.Govindasamy, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the petitioner already got the entire arrears of claim amount and the same was also sent through his school namely, the Headmaster, Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Chinnasalem, Villupuram District.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner also conceded the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader.
5. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
