RESPONDENTS ORDER:
In view of the letter addressed by the petitioner dated 17.12.2014 to the Counsel for the respondent stating that the pensionary benefits have been sanctioned to him vide PPO NO.8756/2001 during June 2001, a copy of which is placed on record by the learned counsel for the respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
