HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE ASHUTOSH MOHUNTA AND HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No. 14012 of 2014 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ashutosh Mohunta) The short prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition is that the 1st respondent is continuously adjourning S.A.No.629 of 2012 pending before it and be directed to be disposed of expeditiously.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the said Securitization Appeal was filed in 2012, the same has not been decided till date.
3. After hearing the counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent-The Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad, to dispose of S.A.No.629 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
