This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash FIR in Crime No.106 of 2012 on the file of LB Nagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy district, registered for offence under section 420 IPC.
2. This matter is posted under the caption of dismissal and inspite of that none appeared on behalf of petitioner. After obtaining interim stay, no interest is evinced on behalf of petitioner and in spite of posting the matter under the caption of dismissal, no interest is evinced.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police have completed investigation and charge sheet is also made ready and that he has no instructions whether it is filed into court or not in view of interim stay granted by this court.
4. Recording the representation of the learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
