The Secretary, Selection Committee, (MBBS/BDS Admissions), Directorate of Medical Education, Kilpauk, Chennai – 10. ..Respondents Prayer: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents hereint to admit the petitioner for 1st year MBBS course for the academic year 2004-2005 under the open category by following the 50% rule of reservation as per the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court to enable the petitioner to get admitted to a respective Government College in the order of merit as available to the petitioner.
