2. The Civil Revision Petition is filed only for a direction to dispose of the Execution Petition filed in R.E.P.No.3 of 2017 in I.D.No.132 of 2012 on the file of Labour Court, Salem, within a time to be stipulated by this Court.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Judge, Labour Court, Salem to dispose of R.E.P.No.3 of 2017 in I.D.No.132 of 2012, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
There is no order as to costs.
