JUDGMENT / ORDER

According to the revision petitioner, the respondent has filed a petition in HMOP.No.2438 of 2015 before the VII Additional Family Judge, Chennai for declaring the marriage between the revision petitioner and the respondent as null and void. The counter affidavit has been filed by the revision petitioner. Now, the aforesaid OP has been adjourned from time to time. According to the revision petitioner, that there is no application is pending in the aforesaid OP. Therefore, there is no legal impediment to dispose of the said OP by the court below. According to the revision petitioner, she is working near Perungaluthur and she is not able to appear before the Family Court for every hearing. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court.
2. In the light of the above, taking into consideration that the revision petitioner is working near Perungalathur, without going into merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the HMOP.No.2438 of 2015 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
