For Petitioner : Mr.M.Selvam For Respondents : No Appearance ORDER The petitioner has filed the Civil Revision Petition seeking direction to the learned Sub Judge, Panruti, to dispose of I.A.No.337 of 2016 in O.S.No.83/2005, as expeditiously as possible.
2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed a suit for partition in O.S.No.83/2005 before the Sub Court, Panruti and a Preliminary Decree was passed on 19.11.2013. Thereafter, the petitioner filed the present application in I.A.No.337/2016 in O.S.No.83/2005 for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to inspect the suit property and to divide the suit property by metes and bounds into four equal shares and to allot 1/4th share to the petitioner herein.
3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents 2 and 3 have filed their respective counter affidavits to the said Interim Application and hence, prays for disposal of the said application within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. In the above facts and circumstances, this Court, without expressing anything on the merits of the case, directs the learned Judge, Sub Court, Panruti, Cuddalore District, to dispose of the aforesaid I.A.337/2016 in O.S.No.83/2005 on meits as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directin. No costs.
