Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.
2. The petitioner states that he purchased land on 05.02.1988 for a valuable consideration and converted the same into 196 plots and sold away to various persons in the year 1993. While so, the 3rd respondent approached the 2nd respondent complaining against the petitioner stating that some third parties acquired the plots which was purchased by her on 17.11.1993 and made allegations against the petitioner. In that connection, the 2nd respondent was calling the petitioner to the police station at the instance of the 3rd respondent. In those circumstances, the writ petition was filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the 2nd respondent did not interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent at any point of time and the 2nd respondent did not threaten the petitioner to settle disputes with the 3rd respondent.
4. Recording the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
