2. In these writ petitions, petitioner, inter alia, has assailed the validity of the order dated 29.11.2014, by which the trial Court has refused to grant exparte interim order on an application preferred by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Act’ for short).
3. When the matters were taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that subsequently an award has been passed by the Arbitrator, which is the subject matter of challenge in proceedings under Section 34 of the Act.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing further survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of.
