1.E.Vardhan 2.E.Narasimhan ..Respondents PRAYER The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 Constitution of India to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumbudur to dispose the suit in O.S.No.23 of 2012 within a time period stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner has filed a suit in OS.No.23 of 2012 for permanent injunction against the respondents herein. In the aforesaid suit, the defendants/ respondents herein have filed written statement in the year 2012 and the Advocate Commissioner has also submitted report on 03.11.2014. The matter has been adjourned from time to time without being disposed of. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court.
2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering that the suit is of the year 2012, this Court is inclined to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur to dispose of the suit in OS.No.23 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
