JUDGMENT / ORDER

By the impugned order dated 10.01.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.3274 of 2016 in Crl.M.P.No.1549 of 2016 in Crime No.592 of 2015, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, modified the bail condition already imposed on the petitioner to the effect that he shall appear before the respondent police / Sulur Police Station, daily twice, ie., at 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., until further orders. Now the present petition has been filed to relax the said condition fully.
2. Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, took notice for the respondent.
3. Heard both the sides.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, in the order made in Crl.M.P.No.3274 of 2016 in Crl.M.P.No.1549 of 2016 in Crime No.592 of 2015 dated 10.01.2017, in respect of appearing before the respondent police daily twice, at 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders, alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report and sign before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation by the investigation officer. Rest of the conditions imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, shall remain unaltered.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
