Tmt.R.Hemalatha ..Respondent Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.13 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Udhagamandalam under Section 3 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violance Act, 2005.
For Petitioner : Mr.V.G.Guhan Murugan For Respondents : Mr.K.V.Sridharan ----- ORDER The quash petition has been filed by the husband and mother-in- law of the defacto complainant to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.13 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Udhagamandalam under Section 3 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violance Act.

2. Heard Mr.V.G.Guhan Murugan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.K.V.Sridharan, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent.
3. When the matter was called for hearing in an earlier occasion on 14.07.2017, there was no representation for the petitioners. But the learned counsel for the Respondent was present and sought time to ascertain the status of the proceedings before the learned Magistrate and today he has informed that the matter has been settled between the parties and they are living together.
4. In view of the representation made by Mr.K.V.Sridharan, learned counsel for the Respondent, since nothing survives in the quash petition, the petition is disposed of accordingly.
