2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 02.06.2017 .
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2017, the respondents have not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
