Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent in respect of the petitioner's property at Door No.19, Dhivan Bhadoor Rangachari Street, Egmore, Chennai – 600 008, consisting of 2099 sq.ft. of land and house.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the relief stated above.
2. According to the petitioner, at the instance of fourth respondent, the second respondent has interfered with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent in respect of the aforementioned property. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that a complaint was given by the fourth respondent against the petitioner and the same has been enquired and closed for the reason that it was a case involving civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent before the Civil Court and the respondents will not interfere with the civil dispute pending before the Court .
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader that the respondents will not interfere with the civil dispute pending between the parties before the Court, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, if any complaint is received by the second respondent, the same shall be acted upon in accordance with law by the second respondent. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
