According to the petitioners, the respondents have filed a suit in OS.No.11 of 2012 for permanent injunction against the revision petitioners. In the aforesaid suit, written statement has been filed by the petitioners. The aforesaid suit is pending and the same has been adjourned from time to time. Therefore, the petitioners have filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for the aforesaid prayer.
2. In view of the above, considering the suit is of the year 2012 and also the stage of the suit, this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur to dispose of the suit in OS.No.11 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
