This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the proceeding in Rc.No.391/2014-B, dated 01-12-2014, issued by respondent No.3.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), on instructions from the respondents, submitted that respondent No.3 has since released the stocks of essential commodities to the petitioner by removing the restrictions imposed in the impugned proceeding of respondent No.3.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner has admitted the above fact.
In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.
As a sequel to closure of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.49969 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
