This contempt case has been filed on the allegation that the interim order dated 2-5-2012 passed in WPMP No.16552 of 2012 in WP No.13275 of 2012 has not been complied with.
2. Learned Government Pleader for Services-II submits that on filing vacate petition, the interim order dated 2-5-2012 passed in WPMP No.16552 of 2012 in WP No.13275 of 2012 has been vacated. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not disputes the same. In the circumstances, nothing survives for taking further steps in the matter and the contempt case is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending also stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
