THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R The petitioner is before this Court seeking for a direction to the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Udupi to consider the representation given by the petitioner on 26.04.2019 requesting to direct the second respondent – Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation to get the endorsement of reassigned timings and to operate the services as per the timings assigned after hearing the operators.
2. Reliance is placed on the order of this Court dated 15.03.2017 in W.P.Nos.10940-964/2017 and allied matters.
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered view that interest of justice would be sub- served in directing the respondent No.1 to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 26.04.2019 as per Annexure-B to the writ petition and take a decision after providing an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned operators including the respondent No.2, in an expedite manner in any event not later than three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Ordered accordingly.
Writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the above.
