This Contempt Petition has been filed for punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.19558 of 2013 dated 09.02.2017. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that Writ Appeal filed against the writ petition was disposed of by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court by an order dated 05.09.2017 in W.A.No.901 of 2017, wherein the Hon'ble Division Bench has modified the order and granted eight weeks time to the respondent to pass orders.
2. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
