HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.21961 of 1999 When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Education that the petitioner herein retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 05.05.2013 and nothing survive for adjudication in this writ petition.
When the matter was called on 19.11.2014, none appeared for the petitioner, and subsequently also, on 26.11.2014, there was no appearance. Today also, when the matter is called, there is no appearance for the petitioner.
In these circumstances, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
