JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider an enquiry based on his representations dated 07.01.2016 and 15.12.2014 by affording opportunity to the parties.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representations dated 07.01.2016 and 15.12.2014, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the representations and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties within a period of eight weeks.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 07.01.2016 and 15.12.2014 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
