ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a writ of Mandamus and declare the action of the respondents in detaining the petitioner in BHM & CT 1st year/2nd year/3rd year as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to prosecute his studies by permitting them to attend the classes of BHM & CT 2nd year 1st semester/3rd year 1st semester and consequently, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to appear for the main examinations as well as the supplementary examinations for the back log subjects.”
At the hearing, it is not disputed by learned counsel for both the parties that the issue similar to that raised in this Writ Petition was decided by this Court in Writ Petition No.29245 of 2014, which was dismissed by order, dated 19.11.2014.
For the same reasons as contained in the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is dismissed with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order. As a sequel, interim order, dated 22.09.2014, is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.35673 of 2014 and WVMP.No.3179 of 2014 are dismissed as infructuous.
