This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in CC.No. 1444 of 2004 on the file of XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, concerned in Crime No. 136 of 2002 of Ramgopalpet Police Station, Hyderabad city, registered for offences punishable under section 468, 471, 490, 406, 420 read with section 109 IPC.
2. When the matter is listed on 16/04/2014 none appeared for petitioner till 02:50 p.m., and the matter is directed to be listed on 25/04/2014 “for dismissal”. Today, none appeared for petitioner inspite of posting the matter under the caption of dismissal. Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
