Respondent This Crl.R.P. is filed U/S.397 R/w Section 401 of Cr.P.C., praying to set aside the orders passed by the respondent/Authorised Officer and Deputy Conservator of Forest Chikkamagaluru in F.O.C. No.9/2017-18 dated 03.05.2018 and confirmed the same by the Principal District and Sessions Judge at - 2 -
Chikkamagaluru in Criminal Appeal No.77/2018 dated 06.07.2018 and release the vehicle Mahendra Pick-up bearing Registration No.KA-46-1757 in favour of the petitioner in the above case.
This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for Dictating Orders, this day, the court made the following:
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that he will not press the petition and he may be permitted to file fresh petition or application before the competent Authority in accordance with law.
The said memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as not pressed with above liberty.
In view of the dismissal of the main petition, I.A. No. 1/2018 does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, I.A. No.1/2018 is disposed off.
