Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents 1 to 4. 2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4, to consider his representation dated 28.04.2017, in accordance with law, within a time frame.
3. It is the case of the petitioner, that the respondents 5 to 7 are illegally erected the petitioner's land and sold it for commercial purposes. Due to the said illegal activity, the well and bore-well of the petitioner's agricultural land have dried up. In these circumstances, the petitioner gave a representation to the respondents 1 to 4 on 28.04.2017, for taking necessary action, however, the respondent has not consider the same yet.
4. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 5 to 7.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 5 to 7, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
No costs.
