Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in view of the order of stay granted by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the respondents will not take any action against the petitioner. He further submits that the respondents be granted liberty to take action against the petitioner in accordance with law from the date of the claim as per the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty as sought for.
