ORDER:
This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 30.09.2013 in I.A.No.670 of 2012 in O.A.No.362 of 2012 on the file of the A.P. Endowments Tribunal, Hyderabad.
At the hearing, it has come out that this Court has partly allowed identical civil revision petitions vide common order dated 11.09.2014 in C.R.P.No.2705 of 2014 and batch.
Following the said order, this civil revision petition is also partly allowed with the same directions as are contained in the aforementioned order and with the further direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel to the disposal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.4363 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
