This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2011.
2. Since, the matter has been filed during the year 2011 and as there is no representation for the petitioner repeatedly, on 16.02.2017 the matter was posted 'for dismissal' on 20.02.2017. Today also, when the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
