RESPONDENTS The petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ, Order or direction; more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring:
(iv) To set aside the Lr.No.C1/23463/2012, dated 12.12.2012, forwarded by 3rd Respondent to 2nd Respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional;
(v) Not to finalize the Post of Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of I Addl. DSJ Court, L.B.Nagar-Cum-MSJ, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District until a new panel is sent adhering to the rule of reservation as per Andhra Pradesh Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service) Rules, 2000 in GO.Ms.No.187 dated 06.07.2000;
The petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 22 03-2013, 12-
04-2013, 11-06-2013 , 25-06-2013 & 17-07-2013 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N. Jeevan Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, GP for Home for Respondent No.1, the Court made the following:
