JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P3 conditional order of stay granted in appeal directing remittance of 30% of the amount demanded pursuant to the assessment as per Ext.P1. On going through the assessment order as also the order granting conditional stay, this Court is not persuaded to interfere with the same since this Court finds that the conditional order is only reasonable. The Appellate Authority has made a prima facie consideration of the contentions raised by the petitioner. However, considering the plea made by the learned counsel for the petitioner regarding the ailment of the petitioner, there shall be a direction that the amounts directed to be paid as per Ext.P3, shall be permitted to be paid in WP(C).13007/14 2 three monthly instalments starting from 30.6.2014. writ petition disposed of.
