JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER:
Heard.
2. Petitioners state that the first petitioner had filed a representation dated 19.03.2014 before the first respondent stating that the property admeasuring 0.12¾ guntas in Sy.No.546 and 0.32½ guntas in Sy.No.565 situated at Vemulawada village and Mandal was standing in the name of her husband, late K. Rajaiah and after his death in 1990, she succeeded to the property. However, the name of her husband is still reflected in the pahanaies for the succeeding years and hence, as the first petitioner is stated to be in possession and enjoyment of the said land, requested the first respondent to rectify the revenue entries. It is stated that the said representation was acknowledged by the office of the first respondent on 19.03.2014 but alleging that no action is taken, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits, on instructions, that the first respondent will look into the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.
Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the representations of the first petitioner dated 04.04.2013 and 19.03.2014, referred to above and after notice to the affected parties, if any, pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of three (3)months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
