ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 30.10.2013, in Writ Petition No.28140 of 2013.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh) submitted that the respondent has decided to issue pattadar passbooks to the petitioners, subject to the latter filing applications in Form-VI A.
Sri T.S.Vasanthakesavulu, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that his clients will file such applications.
Having regard to the fact that the respondent has agreed to issue pattadar passbooks to the petitioners, the above-mentioned order of this Court has been complied with and the Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
