JUDGMENT / ORDER

These two writ petitions have been filed challenging the order of revision to the lower posts and consequent recovery proceedings.
2. Pending writ petitions, the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation in its proceedings No. AE9/148315/2003, dated 5.6.2008 taking into consideration the Judgment of the Division Bench in WA No. 207 of 2005, dated 30.8.2007, passed the following orders:-
" The dispute raised by the TNCSC Employees Union in ID No. 66/95 has also been dismissed as per the Labour Court order in the reference 5th read above.
The above matter was placed before the Board in the 405th meeting Dt.19.5.2008 in item No.97 and resolved as follows.
1. The Employee, who have been promoted to the post of Junior Assistant as per the pre-revised Guidelines between 1982 to 1990 need not be reverted and no recovery of pay be effected from them as per court order. However they shall be eligible for increments only after obtaining the Minimum General Educational Qualification with prospective effect.
2. They will be eligible for further promotion from the post of Junior Assistants only after acquiring Minimum General Educational Qualification as defined in G.O.Ms. No. 825 P & AR (Per.P) Department dated 25.8.06.
3. Regarding promotion, if any, in respect of remaining 8 Bill Clerks and 1 Record Clerk may be considered after they acquiring Minimum General Educational Qualification in accordance with service Rules.
4. All the Regional Heads are requested to give effect to the orders on the above lines and report compliance.
5. The receipt of proceedings should be acknowledged. "
3. In view of the above proceedings as pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondents, no further adjudication is required with regard to the order of revision and recovery. Insofar as the plea for increment is concerned, the issue is left open to the petitioners to work out their remedy in accordance with law, if there is any grievance. These two writ petitions are dismissed. No costs.
