JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that with regard to Crime No.182 of 2017, petitioner's presence is required before the Deputy Commissioner, Adyar, for enquiry.
3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Deputy Commissioner, Adyar, on 12.04.2017 at 10.30a.m. for enquiry, in Crime No.182 of 2017, on which date, the enquiry should be completed.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
