Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in passing bifurcation order by his proceedings Rc. CS4/300/2012, dated 30-01- 2014 is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of .natural justice consequently direct the set aside the order passed by the 3rd respondent, forthwith.

Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P. the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the order of the 3rd respondent by his proceedings Rc. CS4/300/2012, dated 30-01-2014 by permitting the petitioner to distribute the essential commodities to the petitioner Fair Price Shop No.23, Narayanapuram Village, Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District, pending disposal of W.P. No. 3797 of 2014 on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 11-02-2014, 06- 03-2014, 11-4-2014 & 29-04-2014 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI K.
