ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“… to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly, a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in rejecting the stay application by his proceedings DCS.Progs.No.N1/2691/2014, dated 17.12.2014, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to set aside the order of respondent Nos.2 and 3, vide their proceedings in DCS.Progs.No.N1/2691/2014, dated 17.12.2014 and in Rc.CS4/300/2012, dated 03.01.2013, forthwith.”
As Annexure-I is incomplete, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition with proper Annexure-I.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.50093 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
