The learned counsel appearing for both parties represent that that the dispute between the parties had been amicably settled out of court and they entered into a Compromise agreement, dated 07.06.2017. A copy of the said agreement was placed before this Court, which is taken on record.
2. In view of the settlement between the parties, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of in terms of the said compromise agreement, which shall form part of the order. No Costs. Consequently, connected CMPs are closed.
