JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed for the non compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.16141/2017 dated 28.06.2017.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 16141 of 2017 dated 28.06.2017, the respondent has considered and passed orders on 03.11.2017. The learned Special Government Pleader has also given a copy of the order to Mr.Kalyanasundaram, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. In view of the same, the learned counsel on either side submitted the contempt petition may be closed. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 03.11.2017 passed by the respondent, in accordance with law.
