2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 07.08.2012 seeking to issue patta in Survey Nos. 428/3, 428, 593/2, 594/1, situated at Arungal Village, Ariyalur Taluk and District.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given the representation as early as on 07.08.2012, for the issuance of patta, the 4th respondent has not passed any order sofar.
4. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader,, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2012 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
