G.S.Rajanna, S/o late D.S.Siddegowda, Aged about 56 years, R/o Door No.765, “Byraveshwara Nilaya”, 18th Cross, V.V.Nagara, Kallahalli Extension, Mandya City – 571 401. … RESPONDENT These writ petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order dated 26.08.2013 vide Annexure-F passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge & JMFC, Mandya, in O.S.No.278/2011 on I.A.No.1 and order dated 11.03.2015 vide Annexure-G passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Mandya, in Misc. Appeal No.13/2013.
These petitions coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER 1. Defendants 1 & 2 have come up in these writ petitions impugning the order dated 26.08.2013 passed on IA No.1 in O.S.No.278/2011 by the Additional Civil Judge & JMFC, Mandya, which was confirmed in appeal in M.A.No.13/2013 on 11.03.2015 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Mandya.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration this day, the stage of the original proceedings in O.S.No.278/2011 is looked into in the website of Mandya District Court. It is seen that O.S.No.278/2011 has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 06.07.2017.
Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in these writ petitions as the same have become infructuous. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
