ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings No.Ref.C/02/2014, dated 06.06.2014, of respondent No.4, whereby she has terminated the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
The impugned order was passed more than 5 ½ months back. Neither the petitioner has filed an appeal within the permitted period nor invoked the jurisdiction of this Court within a reasonable time from the date of passing of the impugned order. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition at this length of time. However, the petitioner is permitted to file an appeal, if so advised, within two weeks from today against the order impugned in this Writ Petition. If such an appeal is filed, the Joint Collector, YSR Kadapa District, shall entertain and dispose of the same on merits, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.44508 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
