This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 121 of 2012 of Amaravathi Police Station, Guntur district, for offences under section 498-A, 506 read with section 34 IPC and section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted according to instructions received from Sub-Inspector of Police, Amaravathi Police Station, both parties have settled the matter in Lok Adalat after charge sheet is filed into court.
4. As seen from the fax message received by the Public Prosecutor, Sub-Inspector of Police, Amaravathi Police Station filed charge sheet in Crime No.121 of 2012 on 13/09/2012 and both parties have settled the dispute in Lok Adalat on 16/09/2012.
4. In view of settlement of case, this criminal petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
