THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27456 of 2008 Between:
Smt. K. Rama Devi PETITIONER AND 1. The Executive Officer, Gram Panchayat, Bhpallpally Village and Mandal, Warangal District, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
