ORDER:
This writ petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the action of respondent No.4 in keeping respondent No.5 in charge of the petitioner’s fair price shop only on the ground that proceedings under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, have been initiated against the petitioner.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (A.P.), on instructions, submitted that as the petitioner’s authorization is subsisting, supplies will be resumed to her so long as her authorization subsists.
This submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.43417 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
